Hard working, dependable, punctual, positive, caring, mature, and trustworthy only need apply. Must be willing to perform any work necessary, exactly as directed, with enthusiasm and gratitude (joyfulness is encouraged). The primary compensation is rewarding work as part of a growing ministry.
